To allow for login, authentication, and user management, we will collect your user account, W3 account, Uniportal account, password and device identifiers (UUID) when you use this service. Your password is used solely for authentication and is not stored. This information is transmitted securely via encryption. We will retain your personal data for 90 days after you stop using this service; afterward, it will be deleted. This service is essential for the app's functionality, and failing to access this information may impact your use of related services.

2.2 Contact Information:

To contact users for O&M services such as WO processing, we will collect your name, phone number, email address, and account avatar when this feature is used. This information is transmitted securely via encryption. We will retain your personal data for 90 days after you stop using this service; afterward, it will be deleted. This service is essential for the app's functionality, and failing to access this information may impact your use of related services.

2.3 EHS Management for Field Operations:

To perform EHS safety check on engineering installation photos during field service operations, we will collect photos of your workwear when this feature is used. These photos are transmitted securely via encryption. We will retain your personal data for 90 days after you stop using this service; afterward, it will be deleted. This service is essential for the app's functionality, and failing to access this information may impact your use of related services.

2.4 Digital Fuel Management:

To provide digital fuel management for field service processing, we will collect the license plate numbers of fuel tankers and fuel purchase invoice information when you use this feature. This information is transmitted securely via encryption. Your personal data will be retained until the tenant is brought offline upon expiration. This service is essential for the app's functionality, and failing to access this information may impact your use of related services.

2.5 Log Audit:

To conduct internal audit, data analysis, and research, and to improve products and services, we will collect your IP address, audit logs, and login logs when you use this feature. The collected information will be transmitted securely via encryption. Your personal data will be retained for 365 days. This service is essential for the app's functionality, and failing to access this information may impact your use of related services.

2.6 Technical Support Service:

To troubleshoot and locate problems, provide technical support, fulfill legal obligations, ensure the reliable, secure, and stable running of products and services, and optimize products and services, we will collect the screenshots of issues, issue description, app logs, OS type, OS version, device type, device memory, and app version when you use this feature. The collected information will be transmitted securely via encryptionm, Your personal data will be retained until the tenant is brought offline upon expiration. This service is essential for the app's functionality, and failing to access this information may impact your use of related services.

2.7 Security Protection:

To protect the app's security, we will collect the information about whether the device has been jailbroken. Personal data will not be stored. This service is essential for the app's functionality, and failing to access this information may impact your use of related services.

2.8 Map Function for Field Operations:

To provide map-related features such as location services, navigation, route planning, and address search, we will collect your precise location information for WO processing with your prior separate consent. When you use this feature, we may also collect precise and approximate location data. The personal data will not be stored. To disable this service, you can go to Me > Settings and turn off Share location or turning off Location. For instructions on disabling permission, see the end of this chapter.

2.9 Location Information:

To display FME locations, perform attendance clock-in/out, and implement geo-fencing on the GIS map during field management, we will collect your precise location information after obtaining your separate consent (disabled by default). The default collection interval is 5 minutes and can be reduced to a minimum of 1 minute. When the app runs in the background, location information will continue to be collected to meet service requirements. This data is transmitted securely via encryption. Your personal data will be retained until the tenant is brought offline upon expiration. 4.How Long Do We Store Your Data
